- sugar

- orange juice

- pomegranate soda (or as close as you can get.)

1 lemon

1 lime

1/2 pineapple

1 pear

1 pint blackberries

1 lb strawberries

1 bottle of Appleton Estate (Black Label "extra")12 year Jamaican Rum

1 bottle of Rosemont Est Cabernet (red wine)

1 HUGE pitcher

Mix 2 cups of rum with 1/2 cup sugar in a large serving pitcher.

Cut the lemon and lime into wheels, and the rest of the fruit into large chunks. Add them to the pitcher.

Stir well and put in fridge. Let the fruit soak in the rum for 2 hours.

After at least 2 hours of soaking and chilling, pull your pitcher out of the fridge. The rum/fruit mix should look a bit murky at this point...

Add the bottle of Rosemont Est. Cabernet. + 1/4 to 1/2 cup orange juice and the same of the pomegranate soda. Stir well.

You're done! Serve over ice and make sure you scoop out some rum soaked fruit for your guests.Â
