Carmelo is probably the most recognized watercolorist of Penonome area. His work has been collected by many art lovers of the area and has been bought by banks and other public institutions. His watercolors are exquisite compositions of the streets and corners of his loved Penonomé. He has painted the park, Central Ave. and many houses and scenes of the market and public places of Penonomé.
