Alirio Trujillo was born in December 28, 1973. He studied at Estelina Tejeira Art School obtaining a bachelor of art degree.

Alirio’s themes are based in scenes from the country side people because his great feelings of respect, admiration and love for his parents.

Right now besides painting he teaches art at a high school in Chiguiri Arriba, in the north part of Penonomé.

Alirio can be contacted at an art shop he owns in calle Damian Carles near the park, in Penonomé where he paints in the morning hours Monday to Friday and Saturday mostly all day. He is a master of acrylics and also has used oil some times.

Alirio Trujillo is a much respected painter in Penonomé, and has participated in many individual and collective shows and his work has been exhibited in some galleries in Panama. Eduardo Baloy exhibits most of Alirio’s work now days in Panama City.
