DANCEFIT:
Energize your body with the Latin-vibe. This popular class uses Latin
rhythms and easy-to-follow dance routines to create a workout you
cannot resist. Burn calories, tone your body, and enjoy the Latin
rhythms of dance.
BODY SCULPTING:
Strengthen and tone your posture through a fusion of resistance
training, pilates, and stretching, that is fun and effective for all
ages/levels of fitness.
AQUAFIT:
A water lover’s dream! A full workout that strengthens and tones your
whole body while achieving cardiovascular benefits and burning calories.
YOGACISE: Based on the
ancient fitness of Hatha Yoga, blending balance, strength, flexibility,
& power into a fitness format. The Yogacise style reduces the risk
of injury and augments recovery for ailments including stress, lower
back pain, and tension.
