Wellness & Healing Circle, 6pm, Love Donation
A healing circle creates a sacred rhythm of
energy or life force and unconditional love to circulate among
individuals allowing for clearing, peace, relaxation, healing and
transformation. The circle
is lead by Teresa Martinez who offers an energetic balancing to your
Energy Body or Aura for those that desire. If you have any type of
medical, emotional, mental imbalance or area of your life that you
would like to change this could be a door to more harmony and wellness.
Everyone will benefit from
the meditative, relaxed and uplifting experience. Similar to the Group
Meditation when two or more join there is a higher vibration of energy
that lifts and contains you. At the end of the circle specific
intentions are lovingly sent to contribute to loved ones health and
their state of being, as well as our community in a whole.
Whether you are stressed, have a lot on your mind, want to find more peace, health and joy in life, if you have never meditated or are a regular meditator, come and experience a relaxing and rejuvenating group energy.
