Build at the Beach in an area packed with Amenities
If you are looking at Panama to invest in the home of your dreams, Coronado's well-known Pacific Beach neighborhood is the longest running beach community in Panama. Just a 50 minute drive from Panama City, Coronado offers more than 5 kilometers of white and diamond black-grained sand beaches, a golf course designed by Tom Fazio, tennis courts, swimming pools, conference rooms, exclusive beach club and a newly built world class equestrian center.
Local facilities include a full-scale 24-hour supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, spas, medical and veterinary clinics, gardening centers, hardware stores and outdoor markets.
Coronado - A Vision Realized
Coronado was founded in 1941 by Mr. Bob Eisenmann who had the vision of a recreational development on Panama's Pacific coast. Through the attention of Bob's descendants, friends, property owners and staff over the years, Coronado has weathered the storms of progress and can proudly say it is Panama's first and most successful recreational development.
Coronado is a community of villas, chaplets, duplexes and condominiums, surrounded by the most complete infrastructure in the area.

The structural quality of our homes
The structure of our homes consists of foundations, beams and columns that are reinforced with steel and concrete.
Walls are built using the traditional cement block system (without thermal insulation). We have started to implement the use of M-2, a system composed of an expanded polystyrene nucleus, covered with heavy-duty steel netting in both sides, joined by steel connectors of equal resistance. The main purpose of this system is to provide prefabricated modular panels, which save construction and labor time, allowing simplification in the execution, as well as obtaining a high capacity of thermal and acoustic isolation, and greater versatility in the shape and finishes.
The roof consists of a steel structure covered with corrugated galvanized steel sheeting, plus thermal isolation and gypsum, which helps avoid the use of ventilation screens in the exterior eaves of the houses. To create a country look we utilize hand-made or commercially fabricated clay tiles.
The exterior and interior walls have country style finishes such as textured rustic whitewash, which uses two paint coats, one as a base and one that will give it a finished look.
