Brocoli or Spinach Dip PDF Print E-mail

spinach_dip.jpgThe Base is the same, so you can use either broccoli or spinach
Base:
1 1/2 Cup of Cream Cheese
1/3 Cup of Evaporated milk
1 medium onion finely diced
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon of freshly ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Salt and Pepper
*For using Broccoli: 1 Cup (Boiled)
*For using Spinach: 1 Cup (Sauteed for a few seconds)

Procedure:
In a skillet, add olive oil and sauté onion and garlic, until the onion is golden brown. Then combine it with the cream cheese, evaporated milk, chopped broccoli or spinach, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
 
Let it stand for have an hour or let it chilled inthe refrigerator
Serve it right away
