Both Sheila and I had to use him to put our dogs to sleep and he comes to the house to do so
In the case of a fracture, I would use him also, although he points out that he isn't a small animal vet.
Dr. Barriga has told me that Dr. Vasquez can consult with him by phone in case of emergency.
Dr. Reyes in Coronado does do X-rays.
