It seems that someone always needs a vet during the holidays when the local offices are closed.  This year it was Deb who needed to get her dog help.  I mentioned I that should get information together regarding the local vets and forward it to all our animal lovers.  Deb very kindly provided this information and I am happy to pass it on to you.  Please print this out and have it handy, just in case.

Thanks to Deb, Cilla, Ralph, and Linda for the following information:

Ralph uses this vet for everything for his two Rotties, and Mayra/Ron and
Cilla/Gerry have used for emergencies.

Dr. Jorge Vasquez, Coronado Equestrian Center 24/7  6030-6614
Both Sheila and I had to use him to put our dogs to sleep and he comes to the house to do so
In the case of a fracture, I would use him also, although he points out that he isn't a small animal vet.
Dr. Barriga has told me that Dr. Vasquez can consult with him by phone in case of emergency.
Dr. Reyes in Coronado does do X-rays.
