There are some advantages to being in Panama during the low season. One of the perks... the great travel deals! This year (2012), the Panama Tourism Authority (ATP) has launched a tourism campaign offering tour packages to Bocas Del Toro. Tour packages start as low as $224.57. This cost includes round-trip flights and two nights at one of 17 participating hotels. 

Reservations must be made through a participating travel agency before November 1, for travel between November 8 and 30.
