They came and connected my Internet while I was not here and now I need a username and password to get online. Any ideas on how to get one ASAP.

Call Cable Onda - 390-7555, press 1 for English.
Find the ID number for your installation on the paperwork and they should be able to give you this information. It is probably something really basic until you chose your own.
