I am in the process of changing my internet in Lajas from Mobilnet to Cable Onda. Can someone tell me about their experience? Interruptions, down time, etc. Thanks in advance.

I have used Cable Onda for my internet for the last 3 years. I upgraded from the 2 megs, it was a special deal at the time, to 3 megs recently and the speed is very good. The service tends to go down if we have a prolonged power outage of a few hours. At first the tech response was fast the next day or two at the most but recently after a 15 hour power outage (the longest ever) it took 10 days for them to respond. I assumed every one was down and I was slow to get on the list. Customer Service is in English and I have had no problem with them.

Previously I used other Internet providers and this is by far the best I have found and the price is good when bought with other products.

No service ,,, don't know how to fix nothing ... Live in coronado ... 7mos ... Out an on ... Even if sky's clear ... And power steady ... Better on gaming with slots ....
